Balayya not an Uncle

Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna attended as guests on talk show Prematho Mee Lakshmi on E TV that is hosted by Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna. As ever, Lakshmi addressed Chiranjeevi as Uncle and Balakrishna as Anna. When there is there is no age difference between the both these heroes, why did she call differently? Balakrishna dos not like him calling an uncle. As Manoj calls him ‘Anna,’ so Lakshmi is also calling the same.-MM
