Ileana will play the female lead in Idiot 2, the sequel to Idiot, which will be directed by Puri Jaganadh. This will be third time for Ravi Teja and Ileana to be paired together after Khatarnak and Kick. Ileana also will be starring under Puri’s direction for the third time after Pokiri and Nenu Naa Rakshashi.
Idiot will be produced by B.V.S.N. Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. The film is likely to go to floors in January 2012.
Puri is now busy with The Businessman with Mahesh Babu and with Abhishek Bachchan in the Hindi version.
