Dabangg,
one of the biggest hits ever for Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, is
being made in Telugu as Gabbar Singh with Power Star Pawan Kalyan in the
lead. Dabangg's sizzling item number 'Munni Badnaam Hui', featuring
Malaika Arora, rocked the entire nation and also played a key role in
the success of the film.
Gabbar Singh director Harish Shankar has plans to have a similar item number and as per sources, he has approached Anushka for the song. Anushka is said to have accepted for a huge fee which the producer accepted.
It is worth mentioning that Anushka did a special song opposite Mega Star Chiranjeevi in Stalin. Gabbar Singh has Shruthi Haasan as the heroine. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Jayanan Vincent, art by Brahma and editing by Gowtham Raju.
