Star director Shankar is all set to make a sequel to his 1999 blockbuster `Indian’, the Kamal starrer. Released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, it bagged Kamal National Award, Filmfare and Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actor.
It’s been titled `Indian 2′. The film will be launched once the director completes his Tamil film `Nanban’. AM Ratnam is producing the film. However, it’s not known whether Kamal Haasan is acting in the sequel.
